Part-Time Sales Associate

We are presently looking to hire a part-time sales associate for the new K-WAY store, situated in the upscale SOHO area (424 West Broadway, between Spring Street and Prince).

Best known for lightweight outerwear for all seasons, K-Way's premium rainwear doubles as both a rain jacket and as a padded waterproof windbreaker, offering a traditional yet functional style for every customer.

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to,

-communicating one-on-one with customers to drive sales and provide customer service

-provide Management with feedback relating to styles, sales reports, etc

-work the cash and process debit/credit card payments

Characteristics of a desirable candidate include:

-must have a minimum of 2 years of recent retail experience, preferably in high end fashion

-must have experience in excel, retail software and comfortable with computers

-excellent communication skills and knowledge of fashion trends

-must have flexibility in scheduling (day/evening/weekends/holidays)

-able to multi-task, follow instruction, and work well in a team

-reliable and responsible

-over 18 years of age
