What is your return policy?
K-way unconditionally guarantees all unused products purchased at full price from our Online Store for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it, and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
Final sale and sale items excluded - please see exception list in our Returns & Exchanges section of this website.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make a new purchase.

What are your shipping options, policies, and prices?

The item I ordered last week just went on sale!
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive an e-mail after your order has been processed confirming that your order has been shipped. If you require the tracking number for your order please send an email to our customer service and they will get it to you right away.
What happens if an item is backordered?
K-Way does everything possible to ensure that all of our styles, sizes, and colors are in-stock and ready-to-ship. However, demand outpaces supply and we fall short. In these rare circumstances we will notify you by e-mail that an item in your order is backordered. The backordered item will ship as soon as it is available or you may change your item for something that is currently in stock. Typically, the delay will be no more than 2-3 weeks.

How do I redeem a promo code (online coupon)?
From time-to-time K-Way sends special promotional offers to our newsletter subscribers or via social media. Offers may include a "promo code". Activate your promo code during the payment step of the checkout process. Enter your code into the "Promo Code" box, and then click the "Apply" button. The discount or special offer will be applied to your order.
If your promo code fails to activate it may because it has expired, or perhaps the items in your shopping bag are not eligible.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
No, you can only use one promo code per order.

How do your sizes work?
Our jackets are cut for all shapes and sizes. Most of our garments fit a little looser to flatter almost any body type. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger. Please refer to our size charts located in each style.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
Many of our products are made from 100% Nylon. We have over 30 fabrics, each with unique features and characteristics.
