What is your return policy?

K-way unconditionally guarantees all unused products purchased at full price from our Online Store for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it, and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

Final sale and sale items excluded - please see exception list in our Returns & Exchanges section of this website.

You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make a new purchase.
